STURM & DRANG Intense emotions, stormy turbulence and a tear away from the rational and controlled musical style of Baroque: this is what Sturm und Drang was all about. Composers like Bach’s son Carl Philipp Emanuel and Joseph Haydn used bold contrasts, dramatic dynamics and sudden mood changes to express the emotional unrest and individualism of a new era. Last year, Einav Yarden created an extremely well-received CD with this scintillating repertoire, and was praised for the way she is able to shape all those different characters in the music.

Student, CJP or Entree member? This will give you 60% discount on a Friday ticket, and 40% discount on a Saturday and Sunday ticket.

What do the different stages entail?
At Wonderfeel we have the following stages: Het Veld, Het Weiland, De Bosplek, SOLO, De Schuur, Dichter onder de Boom, Het Dorp and Sound Bath. There are also some extra activities. You can find an overview of all stages here.
Is there kids’ programming?
Yes, on every festival day there is a program for kids, check out our Kids page for more information. And: entrance is free for children and youth up to 18 years! They do need an entrance ticket, which you can order through the ticketshop.
