L’Histoire du soldat
Some timeless pieces just have to reflect today’s reality. And one example of those pieces is Igor Stravinsky and Charles Ferdinand Ramuz' Histoire du soldat, about how a poor soldier sells his soul to the devil in exchange for a magical book. He chooses wealth…but does he become happy? Discover this story in an edgy telling by Micha Hamel, with members of the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra. All roles – storyteller, devil, soldier, and princess – are played by Hamel himself.
